Here are some of the answers to questions we are often asked by our customers. We hope they are useful.

Q. What surfaces can the clean and capture system sanitise.
A. The system cleans many hard surfaces including man made tiles/natural stone and many synthetic safety floor.

Q. How much does it cost to have my walls and floor cleaned?
A. The price depends on a number of variables. These include the size of the area, the type of material being cleaned and finally how dirty the floor is. Ace tile ltd carry out all their work following a demonstration when a fixed price is given to the customer. The customer then knows what to expect the whole floor/wall to look like once cleaned and the price.
There are also a number of treatments including sealing, enhancing, and colour sealing of the grout.

Q. Who do you carry out the work for?
A. Our customers include both private and commercial customers.

Q. How do I arrange for you to come to site?
A. Either phone or email us ( our contact details can be found here ) and we will arrange an appointment at your convenience. You will be asked questions such as do you have off road parking or an out side tap – neither is essential but the more information we have before visiting makes the demonstration run smoother.
